World Cup Zero Tolerance Residential Service Package

The Zero Tolerance Package is ideal when the situation requires surfaces to be clear and safe at all times throughout the winter. When hazardous conditions are in the forecast, we activate our special Zero Tolerance crews. This service package prevents ice build-up, melts snow when accumulations are less than one inch, protects against drifting snow. Must-have option for many businesses, high-traffic areas, schools, and multi-unit residences. Eco-friendly ice melt will be applied to the areas within the scope based on the need of the event. Monthly statements will show the charges for the previous month’s activity.

World Cup Residential Value Service Package

This package covers you for a set number of pre-paid snow clearing visits. After 1″ of snow accumulation we activate this service route to clear snow, prevent ice development and provide clients with clear, safe surfaces during dangerous weather conditions.It includes emailed service alerts and snow updates, 24-hour customer service on the dedicated World Cup Snowline when routes are activated, and real-time GPS-tracked service vehicles so that we can keep you posted on when our crews will be arriving at your doorstep. If additional snow removal visits are necessary they will be billed at your set per-visit rate. In the case of heavy snow accumulations, blizzard rates will apply. If, during the course of the winter, you use up your pre-paid visits, you will be invoiced monthly for any subsequent visits.

We recommend our De-Icing Service for commercial clients and for residential clients who require maximum protection against slipping hazards. This program provides protection when ice is in the forecast but we may not receive the 1″ or more of snow accumulation necessary to activate the snow clearing service routes. By signing up for De-Icing Service you’ll have peace-of-mind knowing that we will automatically service your property with eco-friendly ice melt to clear or prevent icy conditions when warranted.
